These earrings always get comments, they’re quite big, and the usual question is “do they light up”, so if they could actually light up that’d be a great next product! These are just great, lovely colours, nice and big for Christmas earrings, and not too heavy on your ears. Thanks!

Payment

At this time, I accept payment via PAYPAL or the new Etsy Payments system. Payment is expected upon checkout and no later than within 3 days of making your purchase. The sooner you pay, the sooner I can get your item wrapped up and ready to ship out to you - I'm as eager to get your item to you as I'm sure you are to receive it! If you have any problems with payment, please contact me.

Shipping

I try to ship as soon as possible once payment has been received, usually the day or day after you order, and always within two business days. I always get in touch to let you know when your item(s) will be shipped, and again once your order is on its way.

Custom orders may not ship as fast, however as with all orders, I will be in touch to keep you informed about your special item(s) and of course to let you know when they will be sent.

All orders to UK addresses are sent First Class via the Royal Mail, and international orders are sent via the Royal Mail’s International Standard (formally Airmail) service. My shipping price covers the cost of postage and packaging. Orders sent within the UK should arrive within one or two days. International orders should arrive within five to fourteen days, dependent upon destination. Please note that all these times are approximate and mail can take more or less time to reach you than stated above due to delays in customs and so on. Buyers are responsible for any custom charges applied. If you are worried about your order please get in touch as soon as possible.

All orders are sent out in padded (bubble) envelopes. Cufflinks come to you in small boxes. Earrings will vary between boxes and organza bags depending on their size. Magnets, key chains and other fabulous numptiness will arrive in organza bags or boxes, again, dependent upon size. Rest assured that ALL items are wrapped in additional bubble wrap before making their way into their envelopes!

If paying by Paypal PLEASE ensure that the address you supply via Etsy matches the address you have on file with Paypal. I cannot ship your order until I know where it is supposed to go!

Wherever possible, I try to recycle packaging (mailers, bubble wrap etc). If you would prefer not to receive recycled packaging, please let me know.
